The stem part is really hard to put in my new titanium fork (from Brompton).
I mesured the inside of both my old and new fork at 25.0 but the stem is 25.4 at is smallest.
How can I fit it!? I tried with a soft hammer but before breaking something…

Don’t hammer. Contact Brompton to make sure they sent you the correct fork.
That picture isn’t an official Brompton fork since it’s got a disc brake mount.
