Found on IG uglycycle_mtb: This is Turner 26-inch downhill mtb. Most old mountain bikes are 26 inches, which looks a little small compared to the current mainstream 27.5 inches and 29 inches.

This as ebike 🤩
Might have been designed for 26″ but those wheels are 20″. Reminds me of the guys on r/minivelo who made a (more or less) functioning full suspension minivelo out of a Jekyll with 20″ wheels and jacked up shocks.Â
