  1. Spent a year on a pretty maxed out Allez Sprint but realised that I was missing having a super light weight bike.
    Build specs below:
    Frameset: TCR Advanced SL 2025 – 52cm
Groupset: Dura Ace R9200 (with Galfer rotors and SwissStop ExoTherm2 pads)
    Wheels: Cadex Ultra 50
    Tyres: GP5000 S TR – 30mm
    Saddle: Selle Italia Tekno Boost
    Cockpit: Cadex Race – 37cm
    Pedals: Rally RS200
    Bottle Cages: Topeak Feza r10

    Overall weight: 6.8kg

  2. Climbing bikes aren’t usually my thing, at least not as much as aero bikes, but this looks amazing, good stuff dude!

  3. missed having super light weight frame but then you don’t say the final weight … c’mooon

  4. BetterOnTwoWheels on

that paint job is pretty cool. that integrated seat post is wild- If I think about it though, the amount of adjustability the average person needs is probably a lot less than one might assume, so it probably isn’t an issue at all (assuming you got the right frame size to begin with).

  5. Nice build. Solid all around. I really wish cadex were hooked, but at 30mm+ tires the safety risk is less than 28/25mm tires.

I often wonder how giant will compete as more direct Chinese brands develop better priced bikes and gain brand recognition.

Love to see a quality TCR build! That setup must rip!

  6. fantastic bike, beautiful colourway and solid componets-choice. congratulations: its a dream bike. only thing i would change is throwing some tanwall tires on – but thats highly subjective 😉

btw: how long is that stem & how do you like the bars?
