It’s an old quirky folding bike. Cool colour. You’d be up for 2 new 20” tyres and tubes at least by the looks. They probably just want it gone. Offer 10.

20in folding bikes are super fun to zip around on, you can get away with a helluva lot indoors on one of these with a suit on as well. I’d say it is a fair price if you want to drop a weekend fixing it up and have some spare parts already laying around.

If I wanted a bike like this, I’d give them 10 as a favor, because this is going to require quite a bit of time and money to ride well again.
