  1. As the axle sits now, it will not be secured to the fork so do not ride it. The quick release is hitting the axle before the fork.

    Try and measure outside locknut to outside locknut and see what you get. It should be 100mm.

    You may be missing a spacer, or the axle nut and cones are not centered on the axle.

  2. Did you recently remove the axle? The cones are just backed up against a nut on both sides and has to be even. If you grab the end of the axle, can you move it and feel play?

  3. Looks like the right side is fine. If your wheel is perfectly dished, I’d just cut/grind down the left side of the axle until it matches the right. In fact, I think you SHOULD do that because it looks like if you center it, you’ll have too much axle protruding on both sides.
