For something like this that might’ve been sitting for a while you’re going to want to adjust the break line tension, lubricate the chain, possibly purchase a new chain, true the wheels. It’s a typical tune up pretty much. Make sure you get the saddle adjusted to your height too.

Grease the seatpost and quill stem so they don’t become rust-welded in place; it’s a common problem with steel frames and aluminum components. Also, many older Peugeots used French threading, which is an old obsolete standard that is hard to find parts for. I’m not sure if this one does, as it’s on the newer side, and idk if or when Peugeot may have abandoned the French standard.
Anyway, because of that, it may be a good idea to service the bottom bracket and headset, as doing so will allow them to last longer before needing replacement.
