Started off as a vintage road bike (Schwinn Traveler) that was converted to single speed. After getting parts together, I did an overhaul.

Thanks to a friend of mine, it made it easier to modernize the bike. He helped me acquire a pair of 700c wheels.

The rear wheel has a flip-flop hub which can hold 2 freewheels. I'm using an 18t and a 16t freewheel with a 52t chainring that came stock with the bike.

Most challenging part is dialing in the brakes since it's my first time doing cables and having the brakes adjusted. I've converted the calipers to nutted by swapping out the pivot bolts. The bolts were made by sunlite as well as the APC stem that holds the new drop bars (25.4mm diameter), sourcing them took time.

Doing this project has taught me a lot about bike repair. I built my daily as well which also came from a used vintage.
