Hello, I have a brompton A line with an added mudguard that was placed on by a bike shop.
The mudguard keeps on rubbing against the tyre and I need to push it back very often (every half an hour) i’ve tried taking of the mudguard and bending it but i can’t get it right like that.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
Thanks very much – Dylan.

Take off this small shield and you can just bend it more to left.
Has it been doing that since it was fitted? I put a front mudguard on my B75 last summer and initially I had some component in the wrong place which meant the mudguard stay wasn’t straight and the mudguard rubbed on the wheel. It was something really minor like a washer in the wrong order – I can’t remember exactly what, but it was something I did without realising that it was wrong and it may be worth checking that everything has been assembled correctly.
Front hook
From your description, it seems the front hook position has changed a small amount, due to the front fender’s stainless steel wire stay becoming bent, which has caused the hook to catch against the derailleur.
The front fender stays need to be bent back into their position, a bit of trial and error.
Then it is recommended to apply a rubber bumper shown in the Reddit below. The rubber bumper will help keep the front hook in proper position by preventing bending distortion of the fender stay.
