Hey folks. I looking to get some help in identifying this bike. I can't seem to find anything online or I'm looking in the wrong places. Picked it up from my neighbor because he was actually going to scrap it. The only marking I found were "423" on th seat tube and an "A" on the other side. Any help is appreciated.
