Hey everyone, first time placing an order with canyon. Originally the delivery date was for June 2nd and now it has been pushed back to the 16th. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this before? Or is it worth reaching out..

I experienced this too when I ordered my Grizl. It was delayed by a month, but it was also adjusted to a closer date as the estimated date drew closer. You never know, just wait.
My wifes 2XS grizl was delayed 5 times for a total of 6 months.
No harm in emailing them, but I doubt you will get anything different, than having someone regurgitate more or less the same thing you’re seeing.
As others mentioned, there’s a good chance that the date may improve. That was the case for me on a few occasions, when the website first showed a far off date, only to improve or show it in stock all of a sudden.
I understand though that this is would be more frustrating with an existing order, though.
If you don’t mind me asking, what country is this shipping to? I’m thinking about ordering in the US, but if delays are happening, I’ll just hold off.
