Hi all! I’m currently on day 12 of a 38 day biking trip starting from Amsterdam and following the west coast of Holland, Belgium and France along the Eurovelo 1 and 4. I’m averaging about 50-70 kilometers a day but the hills along the French coast are started to ware me down. Does anyone have experience riding along the French west coast? Should I take it easy and follow the 6 or the V33 along the Seine until I reach Paris? My original plan was to ride to Bordeaux and catch a train back to Amsterdam. Thanks all! Looks like a fun trip! I wish Australia had the cycling infrastructure that Europe does. Maybe I’ll come over and ride some of the eurovelo soon
Personally I don’t like to ride to and in big cities. Especially Paris. Enjoy the ride by itself and try not to impose yourself a certain distance you want to cover everyday. Der weg ist das ziel to put it in German.
