Please help, this was gifted to me by my relatives from abroad but they had to ship it disassembled because it couldn't fit in the box, I tried assembling it myself and had no issues until this. Any help and Tips are appreciated Thank you

Your photo is also not aligned, bring it to your LBS.
looks like your derailleur is just not calibrated?
I think you need to adjust your cable clamp, then limit screws then indexing. If you search for Park tool derailer adjustment video you’ll find great step by step instructions.
