Any ideas what the braze-ons on the top tube used to be for? My best guess was for somehow directing rod brakes, but I've usually seen these routed along the down tube.
(Bike on a local classifieds site. Looks like an old roadster converted to modern single-speed drivetrain + a roller brake.)
