Not the answer to your question but I have the same bike stand. It’s pretty cool, no stud finding or wall drilling required.
By the way, can I ask what city do you live in? I’d be nervous locking that bike with that lock.
Edit: folks are downvoting so let me clarify. I think it depends on which city. The evolution series is rated Sold Secure Bicycle Gold, here in Toronto I’d aim for a Diamond rated lock.

On the seat tube facing backwards off to the side by the rear wheel. Sucks tho.
I’d get a rear rack and pannier, ditch the other bags and throw the lock and your other stuff in there.
I’d attach it to your bags somehow. I keep mine in a handlebar bag. I don’t like the mount that straps it to the frame at all.

Alternatively, move your one water bottle cage to the outside of your down tube, then keep the u-lock inside the triangle on a mount.

My personal decision is to carry the lock in a pannier, or backpack, or on my belt when wearing pants.

So imho you don’t buy a super light bike to mount a heavy lock on it. In fact, I never leave my bike out of my sight. Id ride a much cheaper bike if I had to commute or run errands where I’d need to lock it up.
Full disclosure: I’m from NY and had many bicycles stolen in my youth.

I notice you have bottle mounts under your down tube by the bottom bracket. Put a bottle there and the lock on your seat tube where the bottle was.
My frame is a bit bigger than yours but maybe you could get away with it. One big Velcro loop around the u-lock, two little ones around that loop holding it on the top tube, one more little guy on the down tube to keep the bottom of the lock from banging around. The big loop catches the lock but you can slide it in and out for quick access. YMMV but I like it like that. I’ve also used a large inner frame pack for the lock.
Edit: looked at your bike again and it looks like plenty of room, as long as you don’t mind the uglitude.

Nowhere, those holders are shit. Strap it to your saddle bag or something

I’ve been playing with ideas for the same situation and pretty much am down to a rack that I could either toss it into a pannier or strap it down to the top. Or a bar bag.
Also though of a fork mounted pannier after seeing someone on a casual group ride using one but a bit worried about how that would feel.
Theoretically I would think that a pannier rack would have the least impact on handling, then the fork bag, then the bag bag. But I’m also entertaining one of the similarly rated folding locks (sucks to spend more money on a lock when I already have one but I’d probably spend the same amount on racks or bags anyway)
