Restomod 1994 Stumpjumper in progress

Just bought this 1994 Specialized Stumpjumper off the original owner who daily abused it as a commuter bike.

I’m adding

CR18 rims with Deore hubs
Deore M5100 drivetrain, 1×11, 11-51t, 36t front.
Early 2000’s Hussefelt handlebar that i resprayed with some leftover paint from outdoor furniture paint and Bontrager Stem

Do you guys have any recommendation of Derailleur adjustment videos for an 11 speed setup, i’m used to older 7 speeds.
