3 years old P line. I only see rust on brake bolts so far. Other bolts are clean. Looks like they source different bolts from different suppliers with different quality. Bike stays inside home all the time except for our weekly 100 miles rides. we tend to avoid rainy days but of course at time the bike sees rust. Clean or replace with quality bolts or best with Ti bolts ?

Rust is part of the charm of Brompton bikes. Leave it to develop the rusty patina some more.
Easy to get stainless steel bolts to replace them OP unfortunately bolts are the one area nearly all manufacturers cheap out on.
I have the same issue with my 2023 C Line 6-speed!
