Anybody know the torque setting for the FD mounting screw on a 2025 Canyon Ultimate CF SL 7 Di2?
User manual in my Canyon garage seems dated and doesn’t provide a setting for braze on mounted FD’s
Shimano guide suggests 5-7Nm for direct mount, but advises you check with manufacturer if the frame is carbon

The manuals from Shimano and Canyon says both 5-7Nm. So I think that is the right range of tightening torque.
