I’m just assuming, but could that be the linkage? That creaking appears more when you start to wiggle your front wheel, so it produces more lateral load for linkages

I had similar noises on my bike after hard landing, not movement from side to side that much but mostly when pumping my fork (not all the time).
The issue was resolved after replacing fork bearing, one of the balls was cracked.

If its still there if you are out of seat, i firs check headset, pedals, then linkage and at the end bb because it requires more time
