Well yeah I managed to fit the crank into my SRAM dub BB and the tube was a lil bit longer than expected so I've added spacers to balance the length. But yet chain drops are so often. Y'all got any advice on how do I fix it or change another crankset which I also don't mind but it will delay my build..

Chain drops are to do with tension and chainline. Get those sorted. Your parts are fine. Also no oval chainrings obviously.
IDK what the offset on that chainring is, but 0mm offset on it would be 55mm chainline, whereas most fixed gear bikes are designed around a 42mm chainline.
Is this a real low??? Please don’t use mountain bike cranks on it lmao. The chain line will absolutely be off. Definitely get a proper set of track cranks.
maybe try narrow wide chainring? might stop drops enough
Chainline is going to be so far off with that. Road, cross, gravel cranks can work with massaging but MTB cranks are spaced even farther out, plus designed around wider bottom brackets and hubs.
