Those calipers look like BR7400 (or 7401/7402). Possibly the finest looking calipers ever made (imo). They work pretty damn well, too
Mid 80s, maybe?

Dura-Ace 7400, one of the best looking Shimano parts. The matching downtube levers and brake levers are very elegant too.

Ahh back when bikes were aesthetically pleasing. I miss those days. The Italians are still good at it though.
