Haribo bike, can someone tell me anything about it?

I bought this Haribo bike second hand and im trying to figure out what the story is behind this bike. I already contacted the Haribo HQ in belgium (thats where i live, might help) but they didn't know anything about it. Does anyone know anything about this bike, let me know! My theory is that it had something to do with the classic Haribo race in France, but I couldn't find anything about it online.
