So recently I bought that bad boy. It works fine, but definately has some flaws. Would like to ID this bike as well. This is my first bike that is older than me(if I had to guess it is from late 80's) and I would really appriciate an advice(I almost know nothing about it).
I am thinking about changing basically the whole transmission system: cables, rear derailleur and cassette, changing the front chainring from 2x to 1x. Would like to find original parts(or good equivalent), previous owner said he replaced the rear cassette, pedals and crank arms.
