Bought my Aeroad last year. Has roughly 1150 miles on the original GP 5000 STR tires. Washed the bike today and added sealant to the tires and noticed this on the tire. Almost like they are coming apart. Is this normal. Are they safe to still use. You can see “strands “ coming off.

Btw both front and rear have this going on and also I run them at 60psi and check them every time I ride it. Never had a flat and has never been rode under inflated
Looks like dry rot. How do you store the bike?
Basement in the winter. Garage in spring summer fall.
