I’m in Europe and i can’t get this camera to where i am. People won’t ship even from Ebay. Looked up at amazon.de and it’s not available either. Any other similar option for a bike camera? I like that it’s a two way cam, it looks like it has a decent battery, etc. Any other similar options?

Techalogic have front/rear cameras but ship to UK only I think

We could probably arrange getting one to you if you were willing to deal with internet randos.
I am American tho and you probably would be better off dealing with someone who would not need to ship it as far afterwards.
