No, for these types of rocks you specifically need a Roubaix frame. A gravel bike is unsuitable.

That is such a cool little town. I live down on the Eastern Shore and always assumed New Castle was just more of the same Northern Delaware urban sprawl. Went there one day to park and ride the bike trail up into Wilmington and was pleasantly surprised. Was honestly surprised by Wilmington as well. Lots of nice bike trails and parks up north of there.
