Good condition is complete bullshit. Stored indoors in the dampest basement around or somewhere near the sea. The most important parts of the bike are rusted solid. At minimum it needs a new chain. Maybe rust remover could save the cassette/freewheel. More realistically it should be replaced. A bearing service or replacement would be recommended. Also check that the seatpost moves, with the amount of other corrosion that can be a big problem.
