  1. Is there a reason you need to? 160 is plenty enough for the rear with mechanical ones, let alone hydros.

    If you have problems with the efficiency of the rear brake, a 99% bigger rotor won’t give a significant difference

  2. If your frame is rated for 180mm you need a 180mm IS to PM adaptor. Most IS frames are only rated to 160mm though

  3. Brakes are a safety device on a bike. Just take it to a local shop and get what the mechanic recommends so you have the right setup. It’s not worth your safety. Not saying we can’t help, it’s just one of those things it’s good to double check IRL.
