This only happens on the Smallest gear (aka 10th gear)
I don't know for what reason why it happened,
here are the thing I've tried,
-Adjusting the B-Screw
-Adjusted the Pulley using the barrel adjuster
none of these worked
is this fixable or should I go to a mechanic?

Your cassette is loose. You need to tighten it if you have the special tool for it. If not just take the wheel to a mech, it’s a very quick job.
Cassette lockring is loose. That is not a derailleur issue at all. Take that to a shop since you need a special tool for it. Have them check the freehub splines to make sure they’re not worn out as well. And why not have them check the derailleur since you were messing with it. Hopefully that’s a 5 minute job and you’re in and out.
Yah, you local bike shop can tighten that on in no time.
Your cassette lock right is not engaged with the free hub body. You might need a new free hub body if that thing threaded itself out and you have been riding it too long as that first gear would have chewed it to shit. Might be lucky might just need a new cassette but either way you should get a new cassette if there’s any damage to the inside of it at all when you take that wheel off and look at your cassette lock ring.
If you didn’t install that, that super sucks
Fixable. You’ll need a special tool to tighten the cassette lock ring once you take the rear wheel off. It won’t take a mechanic a skinny minute to tighten that up but if you’d like to learn and try here’s a video: https://youtu.be/J38CuXeMDrc?si=KuePg1dRwcJ5oYEW
Your mechanic should have the special tool to lock it.
Buy a new cog, or a whole new cassette.
It’s solved everyone! I just went to the local bike shot and they got it tightened for me thanks your advices!
