Any ever heard of an Eagle Deluxe? And is there any point trying to restore it?

I have absolutely no idea how old it is, other than when I was told it was manufactured, which was sometime around 1970. It's a 10-speed and doesn't appear to have any bad rust spots, but it has sat in a shed for the last 40 years or so.
