Best way to answer this question is to go for a ride. Head out for a night or two and you’ll work out for yourself what can be tweaked.

Handle bar plugs. They are low budget and can prevent serious injuries if you crash. Without these, it is possible that the handle bar cuts out a 22mm diameter piece of flesh.
Other than that you might want to try a “food pouch” on the handlebar or stem. Just don’t get the expensive ones for bikes. Instead, go to an army/outdoor shop and get a molle bottle holder. They work great and often cost less than 5€.
Phone mount on the bicycle handlebar. Thats not expensive and helps a lot

Handlebar bag… there are some cheap options around that will strap directly to your bars and add a decent amount of additional storage. Check out the ‘Airlok Dual’ bags at Alpkit for example.

You could strap the tent to the bars and get better weight distribution.
