My bike is of the Norwegian brand Diamant and I can't find my model (older MTB model called Earth Star Special Cut) in the relevant derailleur hanger databases that I've checked out. FYI, the pic of my bike's hanger slot has been mirrored so it's easier to compare the shapes. I've been trawling through the different hanger models, and the one I've found here seem pretty shapely. I'll probably be dreaming about shadowy beaked figures tonight.

I would say yes, but if it’s not, you only wasted maybe $10 and however long it takes to ship and install the hanger to find out if it doesn’t fit.

If you need to order anyway, I would maybe get both because they are so cheap.
