Both wheels are Walmart spec, and the tires are garbage.
The crank is a pinch-bolt. The chainwheel is huge because the cheap wheels can only accept a freewheel
The frame looks *ok* but not high-end. Might be hi-tensile instead of chromoly.
The seat, grips, bar ends, stem, and brake lever all seem to be high quality.
It looks like a cheap complete that was rebuilt with some upgraded parts
