Hi. This it's the fifth time in eight months that I fall on my left knee. Only one of those have been a bad fall, the other were mere scratches. Fortunately the last fall was six months ago, but I've been riding uphill and started to feel a little bit of pain on the interior side of my left knee and today I fall in the wet pavement (again, just a scratch). Do you have exercises or recommendations that I can do? I plan to go to the doctor tomorrow.

    Physical therapy! If you find a good one they can evaluate your knee in person and see where the weakness is coming from, then give exercises to built it up so it doesn’t get worse.
