other than foot retention, it’s a pretty solid build. maybe get a better saddle/seatpost, but pretty much any upgrade would just be for bling (which is fine and I do it all the time lmao).
I dunno how heavy your wheels are, but wheels are usually the first thing to upgrade, since they have the most impact. I personally hate the vision crankset, but they’re also pretty good, just on the heavy side. Sugino 75s are lighter, Dura Ace are even lighter. Looks like stock stem/bars, so you could always spend big bucks on a thomson cockpit, or carbon enve stem/bars.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again; an “upgrade” isn’t an upgrade unless it fixes something that you don’t like, whether that thing is fit, aesthetics or performance. Go ride it for a month or two in different situations (short rides, long rides, fast, slow, getting groceries, learning new tricks etc.) and see what bugs you. Then, either go to Google and search for options or ask here again.
