Already removed the drive side crank—which was not easy—and had to stand on the crank puller lever to get the left side crank to break free and ended up stripping out the threads. What should I do?? Would like to upgrade.
You can maybe wedge a wrench (or something fairly sturdy) behind the crank and tap out with a mallet or hammer. Rotate the wrench as you go to evenly extract.
