In need of a pressing board, I happened upon one at my local ReStore. In lieu of a miserable 2-3 mile walk home, the counter guy gave me some twine from the back.
Apparently -at some point along the journey- the board fell and was suspended, facing the cars behind me; 'twas being held together by a single stand. Lucky I didnt kill anyone, I guess, but more importantly I didnt have to spend money on gas.

That’s a nice hack to ensure cars give you enough room when overtaking. 🙂
