Per recommendations from my previous post gear is now 46/30 x 11-36 cassette. Had to mill down the frame to fit the BB and add a mountain bike rear derailleur but it works flawlessly.
Also added fenders and small front clip on panniers.
Hopefully she makes it 900 miles!
