
I hear this noise coming the rear wheel. As it is an internal hub I don't know whether is from there or the disk brake. It's no easy to inspect closely as this is a very heavy bike. If it helps the brake pads should already have 1500Km .

Thats normal.
It’s difficult to discern what sound you’re talking about. IGHs just make more noise under torque than a sprocket, but if you’ve had the bike for 1500km you know that already.
If there’s an inconsistent “rotor rub” type sound that comes and goes under torque, your hub drive may be damaged internally. I work for a specialized dealer and new rear wheel has been the only fix I’ve seen them offer on that type of symptom.
This is normal from the IGH.
Regular servicing will help keep things quiet.
