Most important things for used bike are is it the right size for you and is it in good condition. The defy is a good first road bike, however this one is a bottom end spec so it has an aluminum fork instead of carbon and i think those are Shimano 2300 gears. Which can be reliable at least and has newer equivalent replacement parts available if you need. 350 is the max that this is worth if it needs absolutely no servicing and is ready to ride.
