I finally got a rear wheel that matches the front one and I also recently changed the front gear to a sugino mighty comp 52 t (I know it's not for track but it works and it was cheaper). I am finally staring to put some decent components (better than the random stuff I had when I originally built it) and I really like the direction where this is going.
The next upgrades on my list are a steel/alu fork (I have been riding this carbon one for more than a year but I still don't trust it 100% for some reason), some decent pedals and maybe a better stem.

Pic 3: slightly worn tyre ahaha, I'd say it's still good for another year

  1. don’t put either a steel nor alu fork on there, if you really want to replace the current fork go for carbon again.

Why get a frame with an cutout seatpost & leave it wide untukt & the wheel hanging near the assend of the trackend? Good luck in your endeavor.

I’m with you about trusting carbon 100%. But I’m steel frame kinda person. Steel all day lol
