Looks to be 2019 or earlier

The long ass stem makes it look more dated. There’s a good chance they’ve switched other things out or it was built from a frame. I’m not sure, but I think that Shimano Deore rear derailleur came out after 2019, and Specialized had SRAM on all their stock builds.
