So this happend today… I was on my way back from a ~ 60km ride and luckily it fell off on a bike lane where I wasn't in danger. I had pretty rough sections on my ride and very fast declines 50kms on car roads. I really got lucky there which the location of the accident! Now I was mostly just shocked and confused, this has never happened to me before. I'm getting some screw glue (the blue one) and hopefully that will fix it.

Wow that could have been bad! I guess this underlines to bolt check on a regular basis. Loctite seems like a good idea

  2. If it fell off under load/was ridden loose you need to replace the crank. It will fall off again. The crank is damaged.

The right torque on these isis cranks is surprisingly high. Btw also check chain ring lock nut, they tend to get loose on Bosch motors

  4. This happened to me back in January on my road bike while standing up pushing hard on a climb. Tore my shoulder when I smashed into the pavement. Good times bro…. Good times.
