Been looking for a road bike ever since I got into running, and was planning to wait until I had the funds, then I found this beauty on Facebook Marketplace for $100.

Feels like a steal. Taking her to the shop for a pro tune-up (I'll learn maintenance as I go, but trusting the experts for now) and starting to gather all the gear. Super excited!

Nice! If you end up doing a lot of miles you could maybe upgrade that with a modern-ish groupset like Shimano Sora and get brifters 🙂
Edit: why does the shifter for the front derailleur have a zip tie to hold it down???
