Sounds perfectly normal to me?
Crunchy bearings. Try degreasing, regreasing. GCN made a good tutorial for it.
Otherwise replace BB bearings
Bearings are bone dry. Pop the seals and try grease em up. Or just slap a new BB in. They cost bigger all
