I think it’s pretty cool. There’s only one cog because it’s got internal 3-speed gearing. I can’t tell, but extra points if it’s Sturmey-Archer gears. I mean, of course it’s Sturmey-Archer, anything else on a Pashley would be sacrilegious! 😉

Guvnors are cruisers and this is a race frame so the geometry might feel a little confused but it’s a nice frame and steel is just lovely to ride, ignore if it feels heavy to lift. For me the questions are – does it have mounting points for v brakes or are you stuck with drums only? If not then are the drums and rear hub sturmey archer or some unknown brand? If unknown then they may end up being hard to get serviced when/if you have trouble so really give them a proper test ride.

I think the “copy of a pashley” is a red herring as pashleys are modern offerings of olde styles. BUT this might actually be a decent bike. It may feel heavier to lift due to the frame but steel is lovely to ride on. Less sure about the steel wheel frames which may be heavy to roll.
Hub gears can run well without maintenance for a a long time but when it fails it’s a writeoff (think gearbox rebuild) concern is the drum brakes good luck getting these serviced.
A useful article on the frame here. Just cautious if this one has mounting points for v brakes as a redundancy. https://www.sheldonbrown.com/retroraleighs/lenton-kohler.html

Edit TLDR. Lovely frame and worth getting. Suspect cheap wheels, brakes and hubs. Check if you can fit v brakes. Saddle looks wrecked.
