I recently scraped my tire (I don’t really recall where or when) but it has visible, I don’t know if it can be repaired or if I should just replace it. It’s a tubeless.
Do not roll the dice until that tire is in the bin and a new one is on the bike.
Now the educational part. There are two reasons your outer tire isn’t repairable. 1) The casing is visible and damaged from the tread side of the tire, and 2) the casing is damaged on the sidewall where any tread/sidewalls offer limited backup support to the casing.

Yes! Sidewall damage like that is basically irreparable. When it inevitably blows, there are no roadside temporary fixes available. And you can be sure, you’ll be miles from nowhere when it does go. Save yourself the aggravation; please get a replacement tire now.
