    to avoid being afraid of falling, learn to do a backsave – jump off the pedals with both feet at the same time. your butt should almost land on the back wheel. look about 30 feet ahead, not at the handlebar. arms straight and out from your shoulders. knees out to the sides. more practice and you’ll get there

  2. best thing that helped me was first learning how far back i need to go to completely come off, and leaning really low and back. You’d think your leaning back hard but for me at least once I started going low and back it made a huge difference.

    Besides that just keep going at it, still terrible at them but you can only get better by finding the balance point yourself

    Handlebar angle is gonna help a lot. If you wanna do that mess with the angle, and you should have better balance. Then move the bars back to where you are riding natural, and work on it.
