They talk about being hard but then gloat about using knives,hard men use their fists but wankers use tools.
The Wellington…no Boro ran us from there we came out of the pub and caused complete havoc taking the fight to those Boro who thought they'd outnumber us but we were around 200 and once the doors opened we poured into the street and Boro didn't know what hit them some who were tooled up with stanley knives braved it out slashing at people and yes five lads were slashed one seriously on his head – a mate of mine was slashed across his arm and needed 33 stitches would have been worse but for his leather jacket
Funny I don't remember asking the lad (in the travel agents doorway cowering) for mercy and he certainly got none so somewhere I think whoever recanted the Boro side of the tale had a slight touch of dementia…..going toe-to-toe is one thing slashing people is another and only shows that if you can't back the bravado with your fists you resort to cutting folk….that was poor…low…despicable
