I was travelling to London for business and decided to stick around for the weekend and travel to Cotswold. My home base was Chipping Norton and I rented a bike from Ty’s Cycles.
After considering suggestions from the locals I ended up in Woodstock for lunch (back lane tavern) before heading west to Bourton-on-the-water and Stow-on-the-wold, both of which were beautiful! (But full of tourists!! /s)
I do not do much cycling through elevation or countryside because I live in a flatland city. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for some adventure.
