  1. I think in this case the deviation was ok. Since there was no danger( way more important part of the rule than deviation)

    But why you would do that with that history in relative small race for him is insane.

  2. You can consider this area as Roman era Pannonia if that's familiar from your history studies, the town of the finish also being a former seat of the Kingdom of Hungary. It's maybe not the most advanced region in Hungary but probably one of the most ridden areas by cyclists, mainly due to its position between Budapest and Lake Balaton and the relatively easy, rolling terrain.
